We recommend visiting an authorized Mathews retailer for a professional fitting. However, a general rule is to measure your wingspan in inches and divide by 2.5 to find your approximate draw length.
What is the standard shipping timeframe for custom bow builds?
Custom bow configurations typically require 4-6 weeks for precision assembly and testing before shipment. Standard in-stock accessories ship within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on your compound bows?
Yes, Mathews offers a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner on the riser and limbs. This warranty must be activated by registering your bow online within 30 days of purchase.
Can I return an item if it doesn't meet my expectations?
Unused accessories in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Please note that custom-built bows are subject to a restocking fee or may be non-returnable depending on the level of customization.

How often should I replace my bowstring and cables?
