Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Equipment
Carefully place the unused items back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Mathews
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
